In case you’re curious, a shield tanked Ishkur is more then sufficient to take down multiple 1.4M ISK bounty rats in 0.0. According to EFT, I output about 260 DPS. It takes me a bit less then three minutes to take down a Serpentis Admiral. And here is the picture to prove it.
If you’re in an Assault Frigate, be sure to come at the rats at an angle. If you go straight at them, you will take a lot of damage. In the long term, training up anything that increases damage will make the process go quicker. Get all of the damage mods you can fit. They have a huge impact on how fast you can clear the rats.
